Our Warranty:
WARRANTY
MIURA BOILER Pressure Vessel
MIURA BOILER will repair or replace, at its discretion, any
MIURA BOILER pressure vessel which is found to be defective
in workmanship or material within SEVEN years from date of
shipment from the factory, provided said pressure vessel
has been operated in accordance with conditions of service
outlined by MIURA BOILER Installation and Operation manuals,
and that the quality of water used in the pressure vessel
has at all times met the standards required in the
aforementioned manuals. The obligations of MIURA BOILER
hereunder shall not extend to the payment of labour or travel
costs in connection with the repair or replacement of any
pressure vessel, which costs shall be the responsibility of
the owner of the pressure vessel. Any alleged defect must
be reported in writing to MIURA BOILER within the seven (7)
year warranty period.
MIURA BOILER shall not be held responsible for damage to or
malfunction of any pressure vessel where such has been
caused or contributed to by water quality which has not been
in accordance with the standards outlined in the manuals,
including without limiting the generality of the foregoing
any damage or malfunction resulting from the presence of oil,
grease, scale or deposits on the internal surfaces of the
pressure vessel or for damages resulting from foaming caused
by chemical conditions of the water; or for damage resulting
from corrosion, pitting or caustic embrittlement, or low
water conditions.
MIURA BOILER will not be held responsible to pay compensation
for any special, incidental or consequential damages or loss
of revenue due to pressure vessel malfunction. This Warranty
does not apply to any pressure vessel damaged during shipment
or installation, or improperly installed, and does not extend
to any attachments or accessories. This Warranty will be
VOID if any service or repairs to the pressure vessel are
provided by anyone other than an Authorized MIURA BOILER
Technician or if any parts are installed other than MIURA
BOILER approved parts.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES
OF ANY KIND, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED
(EXCEPT AS TO TITLE). MIURA BOILER MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
